Gregg Kantor has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona since 2008. Prior to obtaining his real estate license Gregg worked in custom home sales and in other aspects of real estate sales and construction. During the outset of his career Gregg became one of Phoenix’s top Broker Price Opinion (BPO) agents, holding high ratings with some of the nation’s top valuation providers such as CoreLogic. Additionally, Gregg is BPO-R certified through the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Over the past 8 years Gregg has developed a very strong working knowledge of the Phoenix Metro area and the real estate market which exists there. From 2009-2012 Gregg worked exclusively in short sale negotiations, successfully negotiating many short sales for distressed home owners. He has also worked extensively with vacant land sales, commercial sales and foreclosure sales. In 2013 he joined the JW Realty Group.

Gregg is originally from Albuquerque, NM and has also has strong family ties in the New Jersey/New York area. He comes from a family of real estate professionals and grew up in the business. Gregg is a University of Arizona Wildcat and studied Psychology.
